There is a choice of a large double/family room in the farmhouse or a double & twin bedded room in the adjoining ground floor annex.

The farmhouse bedroom is comfortably furnished with antique furniture & has wonderful views across open farmland over the Yorkshire Wolds, South to the Humber. It also has a spacious bathroom with a large bath in which to relax after a hard day.

All rooms have a TV, hairdryer, tea & coffee making facilities & minerial water and are well furnished.

The two ground floor annex bedrooms are light and airy with views over the hard tennis court and the Wolds in the distance. There is one double room & one twin bedded room both with showers. One of the showers is designed for disabled access. Please contact us for your specific requirements.

All rooms have digital flat screen TV, DVD and CD player.

Award-winning breakfast

We offer a true East Yorkshire breakfast with ingredients sourced as locally as possible. The inspectors recognised the quality of our breakfast by giving us one of their new prestigious Breakfast Awards. A new batch of hens has just arrived so we can once again offer our own free range eggs. The apple juice on the table started life in our orchard but it is bottled for us at Side Oven Bakery, who also supply the delicious organic bread for toast.
